This time feels like a weird dream or maybe a nightmare we’re in. I let my intuition flow freely when photographing my thoughts on this pandemic and after a lot of different shots there was one where I closed my eyes; it reflected exactly what I felt. The world feels like Sleeping Beauty, waiting for a cure to wake her up. Everything is bottled and frozen in a way and at the same time, everything keeps growing and spinning. This photograph represents a current state of mind but also a hopeful future, knowing that spring will continue.
